Bank Transfer

There is a checkout option to pay by bank transfer, you might prefer this option if you live in the uk. Once your order has been received you will be given instructions as to how to make the bank transfer.

Unfortunately we cannot accept bank transfers from overseas.

Delivery

Delivery costs – If you live in Angus  you have the option to collect your artwork from my studio or i can deliver to you free of charge.

UK delivery of small to medium artworks will be sent via the Royal Mails recorded delivery service this is included in the price of your artwork. If you would like to purchase a larger painting please contact me first for information regarding delivery.

We normally deliver by and we endeavour to have the goods arrive within 14 days of order confirmation, but please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery.

We can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions may apply. Please contact us if you have any queries.

Cancellation/Refunds

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days). Notice of cancellation should be sent to – cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase.
